Fortum Side Effects Report #5203564-3
Fortum side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Jan 08, 2007. Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with sepsis  and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, eschar, fungal infection , renal failure acute, skin lesion, toxic skin eruption. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, VANCOMYCIN, CLAMOXYL, ROCEPHIN, ZYVOX, APROVEL, CORDARONE, INIPOMP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
