Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis  and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hypernatraemia, hypokalaemia, myoclonus. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACUPAN, FOSFOCINE, MORPHINE, ACETAMINOPHEN, VANCOMYCIN, HYDROCORTISONE, NEXIUM, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
