After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, effusion, hepatic enzyme increased. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, EFFEXOR, NOZINAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
