Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , abdominal rigidity, abdominal symptom, anuria, atrial fibrillation , blood creatinine increased, cardiomegaly, cholelithiasis, clumsiness.
