Fortum side effect was reported by a Physician from on Nov 12, 2004. Male patient, weighting 10.14 lb, was diagnosed with pyelonephritis, prophylaxis, anaemia and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, hypotonia, oxygen saturation decreased, poor peripheral circulation, tachycardia. Fortum dosage: 200MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with MEROPENEM, VIGANTOLETTEN, FERROSANOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
