Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with wound , renal transplant, type 1 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatocellular injury, liver function test abnormal. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIFLOX, FUCIDINE CAP, NEORAL, CORTANCYL, CELLCEPT, LANTUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood alkaline phosphatase decreased. Fortum dosage: 60MG THREE TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, CLAFORAN, GENTAMICIN, AMIKLIN, VITAMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Fortum dosage: 60MG THREE TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, CLAFORAN, GENTAMICIN, AMIKLIN, PARACETAMOL, VITAMINS, FUNGIZONE, CIFLOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
