Fortaz side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Sept 14, 2004. Male patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 73.19 lb, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, neutropenia, white blood cell count decreased. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MOTRIN, HEPARIN, NORMAL SALINE. Patient recovered.

Fortaz side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Oct 01, 2007. Female patient, 40 years of age, was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, haemoglobin decreased, platelet count decreased, sepsis , white blood cell count decreased. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
