Fortaz side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 25, 2005. Male patient, 13 years of age, weighting 109.1 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, hypersensitivity, swelling, urticaria. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DITROPAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
