Fortaz side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 17, 2006. Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 210.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, pseudomonas infection and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asterixis, asthenia, myoclonus. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NOVOLIN INSULIN, AMARYL, ARIMIDEX, CELEBREX, NIFEREX, LANTUS, LEXAPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
