Fortaz side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Apr 04, 2007. Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral calcification, encephalopathy, ischaemia. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, MIDAZOLAM HYDROCHLORIDE, SUFENTANIL CITRATE, AMIKACIN, PIPERACILLIN, PARACETAMOL, URAPIDIL, NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
