Fortaz side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 04, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac valve vegetation, pancytopenia, post procedural complication. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYVOX. Patient died on 09/16/2006.
