Fortaz side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 21, 2005. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with lung infection pseudomonal and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block first degree, blood pressure systolic increased, dyspnoea, palpitations, respiratory rate increased, sinus arrhythmia, tachycardia. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SEREVENT, PULMICORT, GLUCOSAMINE, ACIDOPHILUS, FLONASE. Patient recovered.
