Fortaz side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from THAILAND on July 31, 2006. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with peritonitis and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, asterixis, blood creatinine increased, depressed level of consciousness, haemodialysis, lacunar infarction, mutism, nystagmus, status epilepticus. Fortaz dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 210.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, pseudomonas infection and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asterixis, asthenia, myoclonus. Fortaz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NOVOLIN INSULIN, AMARYL, ARIMIDEX, CELEBREX, NIFEREX, LANTUS, LEXAPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
