Fortaz side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from THAILAND on July 31, 2006. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with peritonitis and was treated with Fortaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, asterixis, blood creatinine increased, depressed level of consciousness, haemodialysis, lacunar infarction, mutism, nystagmus, status epilepticus. Fortaz dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
