After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood magnesium decreased, chest pain What is  chest pain, myalgia, refusal of treatment by patient. Fortamet dosage: 1000 MG QDAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, AVANDIA, DIOVAN, ZOLOFT, AVANDAMET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
