Fortamet side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 28, 2009. Male patient, 38 years of age, was treated with Fortamet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, electromechanical dissociation, hypoglycaemia, hypotension, unresponsive to stimuli. Fortamet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN AND CODEINE PHOSPHATE. Patient died on 01/01/2007.

Fortamet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 16, 2009. Female patient, 14 years of age, weighting 88.18 lb, was treated with Fortamet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, convulsion, hypoglycaemia, hypotension, intentional overdose, lactic acidosis. Fortamet dosage: MAXIMAL POSSIBLE INGESTED DOSE 126 X 500 MG (63 G). During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, DICLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
