After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, electromechanical dissociation, hypoglycaemia, hypotension, unresponsive to stimuli. Fortamet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN AND CODEINE PHOSPHATE. Patient died on 01/01/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, convulsion, hypoglycaemia, hypotension, intentional overdose, lactic acidosis. Fortamet dosage: MAXIMAL POSSIBLE INGESTED DOSE 126 X 500 MG (63 G). During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, DICLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
