After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colitis ulcerative. Formoterol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DESLORATADINE, TERBUTALINE SULPHATE, BUDESONIDE ANDMOTEROL FUMARATE, SINGULAIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
