Formoterol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 02, 2008. Male patient, 73 years of age, weighting 178.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Formoterol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , condition aggravated, tachycardia. Formoterol dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
