Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, depression , tinnitus  and was treated with Foraseq. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , aphthous stomatitis, breath sounds abnormal, bronchospasm, candidiasis, dizziness , dysphonia, dyspnoea, loss of consciousness. Foraseq dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PAROXETINE, RIVOTRIL, FORMOTEROL FUMARATE, FORMOTEROL FUMARATE, FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE, FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE.
