Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 141.1 lb, was diagnosed with dyspnoea, thyroid disorder, hypertension, sleep disorder  and was treated with Foraseq. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: benign neoplasm of thyroid gland, device malfunction, dyspnoea, fatigue, thyroid atrophy. Foraseq dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, SYNTHROID, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, DIAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
