Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with emphysema, pain in extremity, hypertension and was treated with Foraseq. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, cardiopulmonary failure, dyspnoea, fatigue, heart rate increased, lung neoplasm malignant, weight decreased. Foraseq dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN W, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient died on 09/18/2007.
