Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Foradil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , catheterisation cardiac, coronary artery occlusion, stent placement, syncope, weight abnormal. Foradil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COMBIVENT, FUROSEMIDE, COZAAR, LIPITOR, ASPIRIN, FEXOFENADINE, CIALIS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
