Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with dyspnoea, hypertriglyceridaemia, hypothyroidism, blood pressure increased and was treated with Foradil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, bronchospasm, cold sweat, dizziness , dyspnoea, exostosis, malaise, oedema peripheral, tachycardia. Foradil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GEMFIBROZIL, PURAN T, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, VARICOIS, FORASEQ. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, bronchiectasis, bronchospasm, bundle branch block left, chest pain , cough, dysphonia, hypoxia, malaise. Foradil dosage: 12 MG, Q12H. During the same period patient was treated with GLIBENCLAMIDE, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Foradil dosage: 12 MG, Q12H. During the same period patient was treated with GLYBURIDE, METFORMIN, TRAMADOL, DOLGENAL, INSULIN, PULMICORT, CETRIAXONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/20/2007.
