Fondaparinux and respiratory arrest Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Fondaparinux Side Effects Report #4577379-3
Fondaparinux side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 07, 2005. Female patient was diagnosed with angina unstable and was treated with Fondaparinux. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , intracranial haematoma, respiratory arrest. Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ENOXAPARIN, TIROFIBAN HYDROCHLORIDE, AMIODARONE, NITRATES, LEVODOPA. Patient died on 01/30/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, coronary artery thrombosis, nausea , respiratory arrest. Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN. Patient died.
