Fondaparinux side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 12, 2005. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with orthopedic procedure and was treated with Fondaparinux. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hip arthroplasty, postoperative infection, staphylococcal infection . Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with FRAGMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
