Fondaparinux side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 17, 2006. Male patient was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Fondaparinux. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, post procedural haemorrhage. Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5 MG DAILY SQ. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, ASPIRIN, TERAZOSIN, OMEPRAZOLE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, LISINOPRIL, INSULIN, DOCUSATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
