Fondaparinux side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 20, 2008. Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Fondaparinux. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: embolism, poor peripheral circulation, thrombosis. Fondaparinux dosage: 7.5 MG DAILY SQ. Patient died.

Fondaparinux side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRIA on June 23, 2004. Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and was treated with Fondaparinux. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter related complication, embolism. Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CONCOR, PANTOPRAZOLE, PLAVIX, SIMVASTATIN, TRITACE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
