Fondaparinux side effect was reported by a Physician from ARGENTINA on Jan 12, 2006. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with angina unstable and was treated with Fondaparinux. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral artery thrombosis, cerebrovascular accident, coma, haemorrhage intracranial, headache , hemianopia, ischaemic stroke, urinary tract infection . Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and was treated with Fondaparinux. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with STREPTASE, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, ASPIRIN. Patient died on 04/18/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Fondaparinux dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CLOPIDOGREL, BETA BLOCKER, CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKER, ACE INHIBITOR. Patient died.
