Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with ovulation induction and was treated with Follitropin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, ovarian torsion, pelvic fluid collection, twin pregnancy. Follitropin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOLLITROPIN BETA, CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN, GANIRELIX ACETATEECTION, PROGESTERONE, ATROPINE SULPHATE, MIDAZOLAM, PROPOFOL, SUFENTANIL CITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
