Female patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with colon cancer stage iii, hypertension and was treated with Folinic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain , asthenia, atrial fibrillation , chest pain , constipation , headache , hypertension. Folinic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOLINIC ACID, FLUOROURACIL, ELOXATIN, METROPROLOL, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, DECADRON. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , dyspnoea, flushing, loss of consciousness. Folinic dosage: 200 MG/M2 VIA INTRAVENOUS INFUSION. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, ELOXATIN. Patient recovered.
