After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: circulatory collapse, loss of consciousness, lower respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection . Folic dosage: 5 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, EPILIM, RAMIPRIL, MOVICOL, CATAPRES, CLOZARIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
