Folic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on July 03, 2006. Female patient, 62 years of age, was treated with Folic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carpal tunnel syndrome , deep vein thrombosis , intertrigo, intervertebral disc protrusion, lumbar spinal stenosis, neuropathy peripheral, osteoarthritis , pneumonia . Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOSAMAX, SERTRALINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DEXAMETHASONE, LEFLUNOMIDE, WARFARIN, PANTOPRAZOLE, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blast crisis in myelogenous leukaemia, candidiasis, cytomegalovirus antigen positive, enterococcal infection, febrile neutropenia, hepatosplenomegaly, lung disorder, pneumonia , renal disorder. Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLIVEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
