Folic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 17, 2007. Male patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with sickle cell anaemia and was treated with Folic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, deafness, hepatic failure, multi-organ failure, nausea , rash , renal failure, serum ferritin increased. Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EXJADE. Patient died on 06/18/2006.
