Folic side effect was reported by a Physician from on July 30, 2004. Female patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Folic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blast crisis in myelogenous leukaemia, candidiasis, cytomegalovirus antigen positive, enterococcal infection, febrile neutropenia, hepatosplenomegaly, lung disorder, pneumonia
, renal disorder. Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLIVEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
