Folic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 13, 2005. Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with vitamin supplementation, insomnia, arthritis  and was treated with Folic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , bacterial infection , cardiac valve disease, cerebrovascular accident, gastric disorder, hypersensitivity, nasopharyngitis, pain , urinary tract infection . Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CELEBREX, ATENOLOL, HALOPERIDOL, TEMAZEPAM, VIOXX, GLUCOPHAGE, GLIPIZIDE, GUAIFENESIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Folic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 02, 2007. Male patient, 25 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was treated with Folic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina unstable, arrhythmia , atelectasis, atrial flutter, atrioventricular block, back pain , biopsy heart abnormal, blood potassium increased, breath sounds abnormal. Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EXJADE, DESFERAL, HYDROXYUREA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/19/2006.
