Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression, irritability and was treated with Fluvoxamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neuroleptic malignant syndrome, pneumonia
, respiratory failure. Fluvoxamine dosage: DAILY DOSE: 150 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, QUETIAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Fluvoxamine Side Effects Report #4851727-9
