After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: leukocytosis, metabolic acidosis, pyrexia, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis, serotonin syndrome. Fluvoxamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THORAZINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, haemodialysis, hyperreflexia, leukocytosis, metabolic acidosis, muscle rigidity, myoglobinuria, renal failure, renal failure acute. Fluvoxamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THORAZNE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
