Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression, insomnia and was treated with Fluvoxamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, hallucination, visual. Fluvoxamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
