Female patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 65.00 lb, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Fluvoxamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electroencephalogram abnormal, grand mal convulsion. Fluvoxamine dosage: 50 MG PO QD. Patient recovered.
