Fluvoxamine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on Sept 17, 2008. Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with social phobia, depression  and was treated with Fluvoxamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blepharospasm, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, dizziness , hepatic steatosis, nausea , palpitations, pyrexia, tinnitus , tremor. Fluvoxamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, MILNACIPRAN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder , schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fluvoxamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, dizziness , dysarthria, dysphagia, dystonia , electrocardiogram st-t segment abnormal, salivary hypersecretion. Fluvoxamine dosage: DAILY DOSE: 100 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with CLOZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, face injury, fall , loss of consciousness, syncope, tonic clonic movements, torsade de pointes. Fluvoxamine dosage: DAILY DOSE: 300 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with METHADONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
