Fluvoxamine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 28, 2007. Male patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Fluvoxamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, aggression, anger, condition aggravated, crying, dissociation, homicidal ideation, insomnia. Fluvoxamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, activation syndrome, agitation, anorexia, anxiety , asphyxia, completed suicide, condition aggravated, constipation . Fluvoxamine dosage: 50 MG (50 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MIANSERIN. Patient died.

Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with anxiety , depression  and was treated with Fluvoxamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, condition aggravated, depression , emotional disorder, feeling abnormal, headache , incorrect dose administered. Fluvoxamine dosage: 100 TO 150 MG PER DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE. Patient recovered.
