Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension and was treated with Fluvastatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, cervicobrachial syndrome, epicondylitis, muscle rigidity, muscle spasms, myopathy, pain , tenosynovitis. Fluvastatin dosage: 20 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with KARVEZIDE. Patient recovered.
