Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Fluvastatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatocellular damage, jaundice , pyrexia. Fluvastatin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
