Fluphenazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 25, 2008. Female patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with psychotic disorder  and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , lethargy, tremor. Fluphenazine dosage: 25 MG/ML; 45 MG/ML. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE, OLANZAPINE, BENZTROPEINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, aggression, tremor, withdrawal syndrome. Fluphenazine dosage: 25 MG/ML; QOW; IM. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, SIMVASTATIN, CLONAZEPAM, TRIHEXYPHENIDYL, FLUOXETINE, HYDROCHLORIDE, LAMOTRIGINE, OLANZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
