Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder What is  bipolar disorder and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: tardive dyskinesia. Fluphenazine dosage: 25MG EVERY 4 WEEKS IM. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder What is  bipolar disorder, bipolar i disorder and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apallic syndrome, cardio-respiratory arrest, cyanosis, dyspnoea, dysuria, hepatocellular damage, tardive dyskinesia. Fluphenazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUPHENAZINE DECANOATE, FLUNISOLIDE, LISINOPRIL, METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TERAZOSIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
