and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neuroleptic malignant syndrome, renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis. Fluphenazine dosage: 125 MG OTHER IM. During the same period patient was treated with CLOZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Fluphenazine Side Effects Report #4616351-1

and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood amylase increased, cellulitis
, fluid intake reduced, lipase increased, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, oral intake reduced, pneumonia aspiration, respiratory distress. Fluphenazine dosage: 20 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with DIVALPROEX, OLANZAPINE, BENZTROPINE MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
