Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, surgery What is  surgery and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neuroleptic malignant syndrome, renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis. Fluphenazine dosage: 125 MG OTHER IM. During the same period patient was treated with CLOZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Fluphenazine dosage: 20 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with DIVALPROEX, OLANZAPINE, BENZTROPINE MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
