Female patient, 30 years of age, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyskinesia, extrapyramidal disorder, protrusion tongue. Fluphenazine dosage: 37.5MG EVERY TWO WEEKS IM. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ZOCOR, NORVASC, CLONAZEPAM, GABAPENTIN, ABILIFY, PERPHENAZINE, CALCIUM POLYCARBOPHIL, DOCUSATE. Patient recovered.
