Fluphenazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 15, 2005. Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 206.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , eye injury, fall , foot fracture, orthostatic hypotension, syncope. Fluphenazine dosage: 5MG AM, 10MG PM PO. During the same period patient was treated with SERTRALINE, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
