Fluphenazine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 22, 2005. Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 213.0 lb, was diagnosed with psychotic disorder  and was treated with Fluphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , circulatory collapse. Fluphenazine dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/06/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: circulatory collapse, fall , hypertension, urinary tract infection . Fluphenazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERDAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
