Fluorescite Side Effects Report #5812148-5
Fluorescite side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on June 26, 2008. Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with angiogram retina and was treated with Fluorescite. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, cyanosis, haematochezia, hepatic enzyme increased, increased bronchial secretion, loss of consciousness, melaena. Fluorescite dosage: 2ML INTRAVENOUS BOLUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Fluorescite dosage: 2ML, INTRAVENOUS BOLUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, cardio-respiratory arrest, cyanosis, feeling abnormal, haematochezia, hepatic enzyme increased, hypoxic encephalopathy, increased bronchial secretion, loss of consciousness. Fluorescite dosage: 2ML INTRAVENOUS BOLUS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
